Here at QueenBo, we recently traveled to Ft.Lauderdale. We were amazed what a two and 1/2 hour flight from DC to endless sunshine in December can do for your well being. It’s effortless and worth it!
Flying from the DC area is fast. Upon arrival, the Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood airport is a 10 minute taxi ride to Ft. Lauderdale beach.
Here’s what we recommend:
Skip the crowds on the boardwalk and picnic at Harbor Beach. Sip champagne in contigo insulated travel mugs.
Eat at Kuro Japanese Restaurant at Hard Rock Hollywood. Play slots.
Stay at Lago Mar Beach Resort. Its a hidden gem, a resort and spa right on the Atlantic ocean.
Shop at the Colonnade Outlets at Sawgrass Mills.
